TLDR: Don’t go here. They are shady. My husband and I went in to get our knock sensor replaced. They gave us a $370 estimate for parts and labor and when it was done tried to charge $1000. We called back after discussing the price change and they changed the story. Saying “oh he wrote the labor too high by accident . It will actually be $510” because they also replaced the intake valve and an ignition coil without confirming with us if that was okay. When we decided to not argue the $510 and just go get the car, they changed it to $594 once we were there. Brought my car here for a turbo charger replacement. Brought my own turbo. When they put it on the car was doin the same thing. I was told the turbo was also bad after I already paid them. I then buy a new one and the same thing happen. What are the odds!? They charged me over 2200 when they didn’t fix anything not only that but wouldn’t give me anything back. Took my car to another shop and they told me the reason the turbo chargers are going bad is because they don’t make sure the oil line was producing oil which they should’ve made sure. These ppl just took my money and I will be looking to get it back even if it’s through court. Do not take your car here!!!

So my valves are clearly about to rattle out of the top of my engine. I mean you can hear it across the street. So I brought it here. They drive it and tell me nothings wrong with my vehicle, it's suppose to sound like that. 🤣 Bro, I bought this vehicle with 12 miles on it. I assure you, it is not suppose to sound like that. If you just don't want to do the job for whatever reason fine, but don't tell me my car is fine like I'm a 16 yr old girl who doesn't know anything. Doug's Automotive was able to get me in and out in a day with a water-pump failure. That in itself is great for a shop, but they went even further... When a hose clip failed after removal to install the pump and let the hose rub until a hole resulted in a break down in Selmer, Tn. It had to be repaired by a shop out there... DOUG's REIMBURSED ME.... That says ALOT about a shop that stands behind their work... KUDO's to Doug's Automotive. Take your ride to them, you will NOT be dissapointed !!!! Paid 3,200 approximate- This is how I got it back from the shop :/ had dried up maggots on the from middle arm console all the way down to the back floor board on driver side also on the driver passenger head rest -smells like vomit - found a random inverter not mine * Also the steering wheel lock the MPD gave me at my work was in the back seat on the floor board , still in the box. I had set aside the directions in the front passenger door compartment it’s completely missing from the vehicle . Just sad - this was supposed to be a glowing review.
