Meineke Car Care Center

I can say that the person I interacted with was very professional. What I didn't like was the upsell on the products and the mis information on what needed to be serviced. My initial compliant were my rear brakes. Of course I knew that they would try and say that more work needed to be done to get a sale. I was told that I needed Rotors on all wheels and brakes replaced. Not only did they lie about that instead of having a price point on parts that could be affordable they suggested the highest amount and the labor was through the roof. I was given 3 estimates that ranged from $2,000 to $5,000 ish. Took my car for a 2nd opinion and of course I did NOT need rotors on all wheels just the…

The customer rep that I interacted with was very helpful. He kept me in the loop about what was going on with my services. And he gave me upfront pricing. My only problem and biggest pet peeve is that the person who did my oil change and tire rotation left the interior of my car dirty. I had just found the time from working 7, 12 hour days to wash my car the day before. That alone will keep my from returning. Only managed to take the 1 photo. Because soon as got in my car I immediately start cleaning places I saw oily dirt to keep from transferring onto my uniform. I still had 4 more hours to go at work.

I made an appointment online. Once I arrived my car was taken back within minutes. They normally always have a coupon so I was able to get my oil change for an affordable price. There’s plenty of seating area, pretty good customer service, and overall I’d recommend this location.

Called because my oil change was overdue, and was told to come in. Best rate I’ve ever had on an oil change and the whole thing including onboarding (since this was my first time) took a total of ~40 minutes. Thanks to Brandon and the whole team, definitely coming back to yall next time I need my car looked after.

Have been twice for punctured tires. They were so great. Very professional and kind. They fixed the tires very quickly - in and out in less than 15 minutes. I appreciated that they took the time to store my spare tire back in its place and fill my tires with air.
