Worst service ever! After over a year of trying to get the recall parts replaced, on my MDX, finally got an appointment to do so. Were told if we got the car there by 8 am should get it back that day by 6pm. Dropped car off for recall replacements at 7:20 am. At 3:00 had not heard from Acura with updates. Began trying to call service department to get update. Called numerous times, over the next two hours. No one would answer the phone. Texted the number given at drop off. No response. Finally called sales department. Someone finally answered and took our number said someone would call. It is now 6:35pm and we have yet to get a call. I had a problem with the service department a few years ago on them not fixing an issue but charged me greatly after I went behind them and proved to them that the problem existed. I should’ve stayed away but I thought that maybe they’ve gotten there act together. The beginning of February 2024, my wife took it in for an oil change and they saw a leak, which I knew I had, and they said that they would have to put it on a machine to do a diagnostic for $180. You won’t be able to find a problem hooking up to it if the engine didn’t throw a code and they know this. Just another way to try and screw over on a woman.
