Memphis Auto Center LLC

Awesome people to do business with. Knowledgeable and fair priced

I came in after I ran over a piece of rebar in the road. They got the rebar out from under my car. Seen my car had out of town tags, so they knew I would be driving 400 miles to get back home still didn't check the tire. I left their parking lot and had a blowout. Had to get another wrecker to help me 2 in one day. No, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Work being done was done in a timely manner, the staff including Liz who kept me informed as to what was going on and when repairs would be complete were very helpful in getting the job done. Would recommend to others and will be a repeat customer.

Liz and her team are the best! Not only did they come out to tow me off of a rained out road, but Liz walked me through the process when it came time to deal with getting the vehicle back to the rental car company. Liz had my back 100% of the time as I communicated between my insurance company and the rental car company. She was very instrumental in helping my insurance adjuster get the information he needed to proceed with all the necessary payments. Liz was more helpful than the rental company! She deserves a raise!

Liz and company are the best! No one beats the quality of work OR their pricing. Most importantly, they clearly communicate regarding expectations, time frames, etc. I would recommend them to anyone!!
