I bought a car in July and took it to service for a few issues and it's been 2 months since I've had my car. I feel like my car hasn't been made a priority at all and I've driven the rental longer than the car I actually bought.
My experience with Auto Universe was first class, I utilized their service department for an oil change. The oil change was reasonably priced and I like that fact that they made me aware of the repairs that my vehicle needed, but they were not aggressive, given the age and miles on my vehicle.
