I dropped my van off and was told it was one thing but got it back and it was jerking but wasn’t jerking when I dropped it off but he say the problem was fixed that they told me. I thought the diagnostic I paid for would have told if it had transmission issue but was told it wouldn’t. Had to come out of pocket with 1,000 which was the issue with me to get it back in worse condition. I didn’t get a receipt with a breakdown of parts and labor price. It’s just says car starts then cuts off. I paid for diagnostic and all.I should have paid for parts only by it being in worse condition when I brought and that’s just how I feel! I brought my truck in for a issue that NO ONE was able to figure out the problem with, they did a complete diagnostic and they were able to figure out the main problem I was having which turned out to be a very small issue, and not costly at all when everybody else recommended me to change my engine, they fixed it quickly and swiftly with very little cost to me great team great service very low prices and great communication will definitely recommend to everybody. I had brought my ram 2500 in after some pretty extensive body damage to it and Mo took care of me for sure! Great price, beat another quote by quite a bit, and did great work! Hopefully I dont have any body work issues anytime soon but if I have mechanical or body work to be done in future I'll definitely be reaching out to Mo!
